Our Service Conditions

Grow More Funded is neither a Financial Institution nor a Broker, and it does not offer or promote any brokerage services. It does not invest capital on behalf of Funded Traders or trade it in financial markets. All funding is sourced from the company's and its directors' own capital.

Grow More Funded offers practical evaluations within its Funded Trader Programs for educational purposes, providing traders with the opportunity to improve their risk management, trading psychology, and profit compounding skills.

All use of our services is governed by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), which we may modify at any time without prior notice. Any revisions to the T&Cs will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website and will be binding. In addition to these T&Cs, specific services or information on our website may be subject to additional posted terms or guidelines, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

By signing up, you acknowledge that you will be eligible for the following:

1. 2-Step Account: This is a two-phase evaluation in which you, as the Evaluation Trader, will pay a premium access fee to participate in Grow More Funded 2-step account challenge. The program is designed for consistently profitable traders aiming to become long-term Funded Traders with Grow More Funded and potentially earn a share of the profits once they achieve Funded Trader status.

2. Funded Trader (FT) Phase: In this phase, after meeting all trading requirements and successfully passing the Evaluation Phase, you will transition to being a Funded Trader under the Funded Trader Program.

3. Instant Account: With this option, you can skip the evaluation phases. Grow More Funded will grant you direct access to an instant account, allowing you to trade according to the Instant Account rules.

Who can be a Trader?

Anyone of legal age in their jurisdiction can become a Trader. By using this website, agreeing to these T&Cs, and utilizing our services and application, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or region, can legally enter into a binding contract, and meet all relevant eligibility requirements. Traders from all nationalities in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand are welcome to participate, except individuals from Syria, North Korea and Cuba.

You agree to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Upon successfully passing the Evaluation phases of the Grow More Funded Trader Program, you will be required to provide the following documentation before you can start trading:

• Proof of Identity (valid ID, passport, or driver’s license)

• Proof of Address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or broadband bill, dated no older than three months)

The Funded Trader Program is designed for individual traders, not large organizations, groups, or copy traders. Therefore, participation must be on an individual basis. Access to Services

To access our services, you must first register and gain access to the dashboard. Once you have fulfilled all T&Cs, Grow More Funded will provide you with access to a trading account, which can only be used within the Trading Platform as part of the services. The challenge account will be activated once you place your first trade. Your access to the Grow More Funded account and the Trading Platform is protected by login credentials, which will be provided on your dashboard or via email. As a Funded Trader, you agree not to share, disclose, or provide your login credentials to any third party without the written consent of Grow More Funded.

You are solely responsible for the protection of your login credentials, Grow More Funded account, and any activity that occurs through your account or on the Trading Platform. You indemnify Grow More Funded from any liability arising from the use of your account, the Trading Platform, or the Dashboard. Grow More Funded is not liable for any misuse or transactions related to your account, the Trading Platform, or any services provided, nor are you entitled to any compensation if such misuse occurs for reasons beyond Grow More Funded control.

You also acknowledge that the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the trading platform provider (MT5 or any other platform we may use) will apply to your use of the Trading Platform. You warrant that all information you provide to us is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. In the event of any changes to your information, you must notify us immediately.

You must notify us of any changes to your data from your registered email address, accompanied by supporting documents, if applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, legal, upto-date, and does not infringe on any Copyright, Patent, or Trademark. We are not obligated to verify the accuracy of the data you submit.

We do not guarantee that the Grow More Funded account or services will always be available for your use. This includes periods of maintenance, upgrades, technical errors, or other reasons. You acknowledge that we will not be liable, nor will you be entitled to any compensation for the following:

I. The unavailability of the Grow More Funded account, Dashboard, or Trading Platform.

II. Any damage or loss of data or other content that you upload, transfer, or save via the Grow More Funded account, Dashboard, or Trading Platform.

III. Any changes or interventions made to your account at your request.

IV. Any changes to brokers, trading platforms, or other third-party services that may be required periodically.

If compensation is provided, it will be at the sole discretion of Grow More Funded.

You are responsible for procuring and maintaining the necessary technical equipment (smartphone, laptop, or desktop PC) and software, including third-party software required for using the Trading Platform, at your own risk and cost. We do not guarantee the compatibility of our services with any specific device, software, or add-ons.

As the authorized Funded Trader, you will have full control of the trading platform and will be the sole individual accessing the account. We will not interfere with your accounts unless you fail to comply with our Risk Management Policies.

Trader Eligibility

Only traders with prior knowledge of forex trading concepts, such as Market Orders, Limit Orders, Stop Orders, Market Open and Closing Hours, Economic Calendar and News Releases, Flexible and Fixed Spreads, Overnight Rollover Time, Commissions, Overnight Swaps, Pip, Point Value, Lot Size, Stop Loss, Take Profit, Ask, Bid, Relative Drawdown, and Absolute Drawdown will be eligible for the program.

Traders must maintain adequate trading skills throughout all phases of the Funded Trader Program. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and termination from the program.

Fee Structure and Refunds

Grow More Funded will offer a 100% refund of the fee, but only after the first payout from the challenge funded account. There is no refund available for the instant account. Additionally, once a Funded Account has been traded, you will not be able to upgrade to a larger account or downgrade to a smaller one.

Termination

As a Funded Trader, you must report any lost or stolen account credentials via email (email address to be inserted). The Funded Trader Program may be terminated for failure to comply with the terms and conditions. Grow More Funded reserves the right to terminate the program for any of the following reasons:

▪ Reaching the Max Absolute Drawdown (Fixed Loss from Initial Capital) during the Evaluation or Funded Trader Phases.

▪ Violating the 3% max risk per position rule three times.

▪ One month or more of inactivity on the Funded Trader or Evaluation account without prior written notice.

▪ Misuse or abuse of the Funded Trader Program.

▪ Using the program for any purpose other than stated in the Agreement.

▪ Engaging in prohibited trading activities, including High-Frequency Trading, UltraFast Scalping, Latency Arbitrage, Tick Scalping Strategies, Copy Trading, Reverse Arbitrage, Hedge Arbitrage, or using emulators and Martin Gale Style EAs.

▪ Group trading (manually or via EA on more than two accounts) or multiple individuals trading across multiple accounts.

▪ Social or mirrored trading activity.

Grow More Funded retains the right to terminate your funding at any time, at its own discretion, based on its risk tolerance.

Upon termination, trading permissions in the Funded Account will be disabled, and the trader will lose access. If a violation of trading rules occurs, Grow More Funded reserves the right to terminate accounts without recourse. Funded Traders may reapply to the program, but Grow More Funded reserves the right to reject any future applications.

Termination Notice

Grow More Funded will send an official termination notice via email. You may request a copy of the trading statement at any time.

Communication with the Company

The official communication channels between Grow More Funded and Funded Traders will be through email, Discord, and Live Chat. Funded Traders must provide a valid email address while enrolled in the program and inform Grow More Funded of any email address changes.

Grow More Funded reserves the right to freeze or terminate your account if you fail to respond to company emails. Phone calls and Zoom will serve as backup communication methods.

Misunderstanding and Errors in Communications

Under the terms of this agreement, neither party will be disadvantaged by inadvertent errors or omissions, provided that such mistakes are promptly corrected upon discovery. When an error or omission is identified, appropriate adjustments will be made as soon as possible to restore both parties to the position they would have been in if the error had not occurred.

We reserve the right to change the website, its content, any features, the conditions of the services provided, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Reasonable notice will be given if changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, except when changes are required by law. Any legal changes will apply automatically to any current or future transactions. By using the website after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

By accessing this site, you confirm that you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and its operational terms. As a Funded Trader, you agree to adjust your risk exposure to comply with the Funded Trader Program’s requirements before beginning to trade with Grow More Funded capital. You also agree that Grow More Funded has the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any of its services at its discretion, even if this prevents you from accessing certain information.
